The Wilton real estate season may be tapering off as the temps start to drop but last week’s land transfers–featured three property sales, with one sale close to the $2 million mark.

According to data distributed weekly by the Wilton town clerk’s office, the properties that changed hands from Oct. 20 to Oct. 26 were (including address, sale price and photo where available):

  • Gregory Wheeler Trust and Carolyn Wheeler sold 19 Valeview Rd. to John and Diane Richmond Knox for $1,820,000.
  • Erasmo and Giovanna Lombardi sold 14 Great Nor Ln. to Valbone and Rexhep Bobi for $540,000.
  • John R. Kennedy Estate sold 82 Sunset Pass to Shane and Abigail Fischer for $275,000.
