SUMMARY:Wilton Historical Society Food Truck Festival 2026
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy great food\, immersive experiences and community unity\, all while supporting Wilton’s museum at the Wilton Historical Society’s Food Truck Festival. \nOn Sunday\, May 31\, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. come to Schenck’s Island and Chess Park to feast from a collection of the area’s finest food trucks\, with all proceeds to benefit the Historical Society. \nAttendees can explore Wilton’s culinary and food-producing history\, with re-enactments from knowledgeable colonial educators. The festival will also include live music\, historically inspired games and crafts\, face painting\, and more! Live music provided by The Mojo Rhythm Kings and Rubberband. \nThe food trucks that will be at the festival are: Cousins Maine Lobster\, Greek Style Grill\, The Chamo\, Layla’s Falafel\, Los Poblanos\, Chef Jeffs BBQ\, Silver Sands Pizza\, Retreat Sweets\, Foolproof Brewery\, Barrelsmith Cocktails\, Italian Ices of CT\, Lucky Dog\, Simply Smashed and Wilton Outback Steakhouse. \nAll proceeds from admissions go directly to the Wilton Historical Society’s mission to preserve Wilton’s history\, and connect\, engage and educate all who would look to the past to shape the future. \nTickets are available to purchase ahead of time and at the event day-of! Wilton Historical Society members receive a discount on early ticket purchases. \nAdmission is $5 per child (under 18)\, $10 per adult. DESCRIPTION:Wilton Pride\, in partnership with Wilton Library\, is excited to present the Fourth Wilton Pride Festival on \, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Wilton Town Center. (Rain Date is Sunday\, Jun. 7.) \nThe day promises to be filled with love\, community and fun engaging activities for attendees of all ages! Come spend the day with us celebrating exactly who you are. We’ve got an incredible lineup of vendors\, organizations\, performances and local favorites joining us. We can’t wait to see you there! \nActivities in Wilton Town Center (11 a.m.-4 p.m.) \n\n11 a.m.: Festival begins — Enjoy music\, festivities\, vendors offering swag and merchandise\, balloons\, face painting\, bubbles\, a photo booth and an atmosphere of joy and love\n11:30 a.m.: Welcome yoga sun salutation led by Rhoswyn Wellness\n12 p.m.: Opening Ceremony featuring flag raising\, speeches by keynote speaker\, Wilton High School senior Sofie Gibboney\, Wilton High School student Finley MacDonald and others\, performance by Wilton High School student Mia Timnev\n12:40 p.m.: Mural introduction\, meet the artist and invitation to participate\n1:00 p.m.: Music performance by Wilton students from School of Rock\n2 p.m.: Pride butterfly craft at Wilton Library in the Children’s Program Room\n3 p.m.: Queen performance by Sienna Rose\n3:45 p.m.: Community dance party\n4:00 p.m.: Conclusion\n\nOngoing all day (11 a.m.-4 p.m.) A variety of activities plus food and beverage options will be available from: \n\nBubble & Brew\nCollege Creamery\nCome Grow the Love Planting Table – sponsored by ASML\nCommunity mural with Erwin Ong of A Duck Amuck\nCotton Candy Time\nFreddy’s Platos\nFood for the Soul by LR\nGolf on the Green\nJustin Baiad Photography – Photo Booth\nMarché Artisan Market featuring 30-plus vendors\nParlor Pizza\nSensory on Wheels\nCocktails by Wheels on the Rocks\n\nAdopt-A-Shop Scavenger Hunt (starting at 11:00 a.m.): Participants can begin the Scavenger Hunt by checking in at the Pride Table at the Town Green starting at 11 a.m. The hunt will feature participating “Adopt-A-Shop” partners throughout the town center.
