Trek\, taste and discover with Woodcock Nature Center! \nTickets are $55 for adults 21 and older and $25 for kids 3 and older. \n21+ admission includes: \n\nOne souvenir tasting glass\nOne-of-a-kind trek through the woods and wetlands of Woodcock with beer and soda sampling at five stations along the way\nComplimentary soda tasting\, music\, snacks\, and water\n\nAdditional food\, beer and soda will be available for purchase. \nAll tickets must be purchased in advance. Furry family members are welcome too and will enjoy some sips and goodies along the trek courtesy of Ridgefield Pet. DESCRIPTION:Who couldn’t use an escape to Italy right about now? While we can’t be there in person\, come join First Candle and Tyler Colman (Dr. Vino)\, the wine director at Parlor\, for a virtual wine tasting. We’ll be tasting two different wines from the leading Barolo producer\, Vietti\, from the spectacular Piedmont region of Italy\, known for Barolo wines\, truffles\, and risotto. \nLuca Currado Vietti will join via prerecorded video to comment on the wines. The white is the Roero Arneis\, an heirloom white grape variety that Luca’s father brought back from the brink of extinction\, and the red “Perbacco\,” which means “wow” in the local dialect. \nThe wines are available for pre-purchase at Parlor. All proceeds will benefit First Candle’s bereavement support for SIDS and stillbirth and education programs on safe sleep.
