Get your tickets ahead of time–save money and pick your own seats on the WCT website. Tickets are $13.50 online and $14 at the door. \nThe show runs Friday\, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m.; Saturday\, Nov. 17 at 4 p.m.; and Sunday\, Nov. 18 at 2 p.m.. \nWith equal measures of pluck and positivity\, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City orphanage that is run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage\, Annie escapes to the\nwondrous world of NYC. In adventure after fun-filled adventure\, Annie foils Miss Hannigan’s evil machinations… and even befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt! She finds a new home and family in billionaire\, Oliver Warbucks\, his personal secretary\, Grace Farrell\, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. \nWe will also be collecting canned/non-perishable food items to support the Wilton Food Pantry.  Please consider bringing an item to donate and look for the collection bins in the lobby.

Based on the television special by Bill Melendez and Lee Mendelson\, this holiday favorite was adapted for the stage by Eric Schaeffer. Jeffrey Spector will direct and Christine Titus will choreograph this stage adaptation of the classic animated television special in which Charlie Brown\, Snoopy\, and the other Peanuts grapple with the real meaning of Christmas. \nWhen Charlie Brown complains about the overwhelming materialism he sees during the Christmas season\, Lucy suggests that he become director of the school Christmas pageant. Charlie Brown accepts\, but this proves to be a frustrating endeavor. When his attempt to restore the proper holiday spirit with a forlorn little Christmas tree fails\, Linus helps him learn the true meaning of Christmas. \nRecommended for children of all ages. Directed by Lynne Colatrella with musical direction by Zachary Kampler and choreography by Lauren Nicole Sherwood\, the show will run April 26-May 11\, 2019. \nSet in Damon Runyon’s mythical New York City\, Guys and Dolls is an oddball romantic comedy. Gambler Nathan Detroit tries to find the cash to set up the biggest craps game in town while the authorities breathe down his neck; meanwhile\, his girlfriend and nightclub performer\, Adelaide\, laments that they’ve been engaged for 14 years. Nathan turns to fellow gambler\, Sky Masterson\, for the dough\, and Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary\, Sarah Brown\, as a result. Wilson was awarded “Best Playwright” in 2016 by the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival for the piece. At the end of the presentation\, Wilson will conduct a “talk-back” session. \nRooted in research\, A Journey is a tour-de-force of acting and song\, as the statuesque Wilson modulates her powerful contralto from a whisper to a fervent spiritual\, capturing the spirits of Harriet Tubman\, Sojourner Truth\, Rosa Parks\, Maya Angelou\, two invented characters she calls the ‘Slave Woman’ and ‘African Queen\,’ and a new historical figure\, Haggar Tonquin of Wilton. A reception including a sparkling toast\, fine catering\, and a chocolate tasting will follow all three shows. Suitable for ages 13 and up based on content.
