SUMMARY:Winter Holiday Drive-Through at Comstock Community Center
DESCRIPTION:Parks and Recreation is hosting a Winter Holiday Drive-Through event at Comstock Community Center on Friday\, Dec. 18. \nThe Holiday drive-through will take place at Comstock Community Center’s main entrance loop. Families driving through can expect to check out elaborate holiday décor\, great costumes\, standard holiday favorite music\, and most importantly\, candy! Families visiting the drive-through won’t be exiting their vehicles–they’ll simply drive straight up to where Parks and Rec staff will be handing out candy canes in a socially distanced fashion. \nSome of the precautions taken to manage participant safety include designated entry and exit points for the drive-through\, screening of staff prior to building entry\, and rigorous use of PPE for staff during the event. Parks and Recreation has coordinated with the Department of Public Health to ensure all public health guidelines and policies are being abided by. \nholidayThe Winter Holiday drive-through kicks off at 4 p.m. on Friday\, Dec. 18 and runs until 6:30 p.m. There is no cost to attend.
