The judged exhibition features the works of amateur and professional photographers in a range of styles and subjects. \nThe opening reception and awards presentation is free and open to the public. The exhibition runs through March 31. A majority of the works will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the library.

This year’s Birdhouse Building Competition invites builders of all skill levels to create the ultimate birdhouse to be hung around Ambler Farm and voted on by farm-goers over two-plus weeks in April. \nWith your entry fee\, you will have the opportunity to participate in one of two building workshops run by Ambler’s own master builder\, Matt Oricchio and the apprentice builders\, and access to materials donated by Ring’s End. \nKey Dates: \n\nSaturday\, March 18\, 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.: Birdhouse Building Workshops with Matt Oricchio and Ambler Farm’s apprentice builders (Optional – included in entry fee)\nSaturday\, March 26\, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Birdhouse submissions due at the Red Barn\nMonday\, April 17: Winner announced! The winner will receive a $250 gift certificate to Ring’s End and more!\n\nThe entry fee is $40 for Friends of Ambler Farm members and $45 for non-members. \n

DESCRIPTION:Parade and Party with Wilton Pride on the NRVT! \nPre-party: Meet at the trail head on Rt. 7 at Wolfpit Road\, across from the commuter parking lot in Wilton. We’ll have a table to check-in and fun things to get you into the parade spirit\, including a photo booth full with props and swag. While you’re there make sure to enter our best dressed competition (details below). \nParade: Then\, take your Pride to the trail! Walk\, dance\, run\, bike\, stroll\, roll and enjoy the beautiful NRVT. We’ll parade to the parking lot at Sharp Hill Road & Autumn Ridge Drive for the next bit of fun. \nPost Parade Party: Once there\, enjoy some treats\, listen to music\, and hang out. You’ll have an opportunity to meet new people\, learn about Proud Academy\, the Pollinator Pathway and different ways you can support NRVT and Wilton Pride. Also our Best Dressed contest winners will be announced then! \nPride Best Dressed Contest \nMake sure to Dress To Impress!
