Merritt\, LCSW\, SCHP-SW. \nFind out more about what palliative care is\, including who is eligible\, when is the right time to consider palliative care and where is it provided? The discussion will also cover insurance coverage. \nMerritt is a hospice and palliative care social worker with RVNAHealth (Ridgefield Visiting Nurse Association) for four years and is a licensed clinical social worker with advanced certification in hospice and palliative care. \nThe presentation will be held Thursday\, April 7 from 4:30-6 p.m. at Wilton Meadows on the Cannondale Campus.
