SUMMARY:Colonial Games Program for Kids at The Wilton Historical Society
DESCRIPTION:How did colonial children spend their free time? \nIn a time before video games\, smartphones\, and modern technology\, kids played a variety of games that are still fun and entertaining today! Join the Wilton Historical Society on Saturday\, Apr. 4\,  11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.\, to learn about games like 9 Men’s Morris\, Cup and Ball\, and Hoop and Stick. During this workshop\, students will learn how to play the colonial game\, 9 Men’s Morris\, and will create their own take-home version of the game. \nThis program will include a snack of black and white cookies! \nSuggested for ages 8 – 12. \nRegistration is required\, and space is limited. FREE for Wilton Historical Members\, $10 per child for non-members.
