DESCRIPTION:(Rescheduled from July 27-28) This is a two-day workshop for students entering grades 6-12 who have an interest in rocketry. On Day 1 (Wednesday\, Aug. 17) you’ll learn about the science of rockets and then build your own at Wilton Library. On Day 2 (Thursday\, Aug. 18) we’ll at meet at Allen’s Meadows to launch them\, weather permitting. Ray DePaola\, a member of CATO and the National Association of Rocketry will be the instructor.
