DESCRIPTION:Fight Back CT invites Wilton Democrats to participate in a door-knocking campaign this Saturday\, July 14\, from 9 a.m. to noon. \nVolunteers will meet at CT Coffee (16 Center St.) in Wilton\, then pair up to canvass left-leaning Wilton voters and urge them to vote in November. No previous experience is required:  first-timers as well as campaign veterans are welcome. \nLearn more and register online. \nFight Back CT was launched by Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy in the spring of 2017 to channel voter concern into grassroots action.

Attendees can look forward to special insights on “Elections: Expanding and Securing the Vote\,” which will cover the Secretary’s early voting proposal and related thoughts about increasing voter participation\, as well as cyber security and its role in elections. \nThe DTC will also present awards to two Wiltonians at the breakfast:  John Kalamarides will be honored with the Democratic Leadership Award\, and Ross Tartell will receive the Democrat of the Year Award. \nTickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. Student tickets are $10.
