On Saturday, July 21, the Wilton Chamber of Commerce will host its 6th annual Wilton Street Fair and Sidewalk Sale from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.. The Street Fair is located in Wilton Center, and retailers all around Wilton will participate in the Sidewalk Sale, with many continuing to offer special pricing and deals beyond the first day.

On that Saturday, Wilton Center will fill with crowds enjoying the exciting, action-packed, bargain-filled, entertaining and delicious destination for residents and regional visitors. The Street Fair vendors and entertainment will be located along Old Ridgefield Rd. from the Village Market to Kimco’s Wilton River Park shopping plaza, including the Town Green and the Gazebo.

The annual summer festival is supported by retailers, restaurants, businesses, artisans and local organizations who pull out all the stops to showcase the community as a vibrant retail, service and dining destination. The Wilton Street Fair and Sidewalk Sale is presented by Kimco Realty and Pet Pantry with Blue Buffalo. Also sponsoring are Fairfield County Bank, Garavel Auto Group, and People’s United Bank, with supporting sponsorships provided by Gregory & Adams P.C., Realty Seven, Arista Industries, and Halstead Properties. Media sponsors are 95.9 The Fox and Wilton Magazine/TownVibe.

In addition to the shopping and dining opportunities featured during the day, the Wilton Chamber of Commerce has also lined up entertainment, with music from media sponsor 95.9 The Fox and Star 99.9 and Wilton’s Community Steel Band. This year, the Street Fair will feature new attractions, including Farm on Wheels, Sova Puppet Theater and Workshop, a demo from the Olympic Fencing Studio, and chain-saw ice sculpting at Bright Horizons.

Other attractions and activities for the whole family will be centered around the Town Green Gazebo, at Pet Pantry, and at the River Park Shopping Center. Bring your dogs for activities for them too! Children’s activities also include, face-painting, a big bouncy-house and obstacle course, a magician, balloon characters and bubbles from Mr. Bungles, crafts, and Sand Art Party, plus much, much more.

There will also be delectable food options, including first time food vendor Angie’s Cocgnita as well as returning favorites the Melt Mobile and College Creamery
