Just how safe and secure are elections in Connecticut?
That’s the question at the heart of a program the Wilton League of Women Voters is hosting at its Annual Meeting and Luncheon on Wednesday, May 23, beginning at 11:15 a.m. at Marly’s Restaurant (101 Old Ridgefield Rd.).
Peggy Reeves, the director of elections for the CT Secretary of the State and Thomas Miano, the CT Secretary of the State IT director, will speak on the very timely topic.
The program begins with a brief business meeting, followed by lunch and the guest presentations. The lunch meeting is open to League members and guests with advance reservations. Space is limited–to reserve a spot, visit the League’s website to print out a reservation form. The cost to attend is $25, which covers lunch, tax, and gratuity.
