DESCRIPTION:Join The Pilates Advantage for a weekend of activities to benefit Laurel House\, a not for profit that provides mental health resources to individuals and families coping with mental illness across numerous communities in and around Connecticut. On November 10 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.\, The Pilates Advantage will host a Sip & Shop event at their studio featuring local vendors\, raffle prizes and complimentary bites and beverages. The event is the perfect opportunity to find the ideal gift just in time for the holidays. On-site vendors include Amy Kahn Russell Jewelry\, Aroma Beauty & Wellness Spa\, AZ Glassware & Crystal\, Home Made Body Butter by Mary Ann\, Florabundance Botanical Printing & Natural Textiles\, HERS Modern Boutique\, Sabina First Designs\, Salt Box Press\, SAVVI with Pargon Paradise and Wild Roses & Blooms Floral Designs.\n\n\nOn Sunday\, November 12\, Pilates Advantage clients can take part in round robin workouts from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sessions are 30 minutes each and client can participate in one session or two hours of sessions to meet their interest level.\n\n\nA suggested donation is $50 for each 30 minute session with all proceeds going to Laurel House.\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n	See more related GMW stories...
