DESCRIPTION:Duende:  Passion.Courage.Inspiration\n\n\nJoin us for a very special evening supporting children in treatment for cancer in our community.\n\n\nOur Gala theme\, Duende\, comes from a Spanish term that defies literal translation. The term is traditionally used in flamenco music or other art forms to refer to the mystical or powerful force within. Duende “is a power and not a behavior . . . a struggle and not a concept.” The brave children we serve all have a certain duende and so do those who help them on their journey.\n\n\nWe invite you to celebrate their boundless spirit on this special night.\n\n\nOur “Duende” Gala will be a festive evening of dinner\, live music and entertainment to celebrate these families and the friends\, volunteers and generous donors who support our Circle of Care families.\n\n \n\n\nTickets start at $275. Sponsorships\, silent and live auction donations are still being accepted.\n\n\n\n\n	See more related GMW stories...
