DESCRIPTION:As parents\, we are of no use to our kids when we are overwhelmed. It’s crucial\, then\, that we keep in touch with our own physical\, mental and emotional pulse so we can provide the nurturing guidance and structure our children need.\n\n\nSchool psychologist David P.
