  • Matthew and Andrea Lanaro sold 77 Glen Hill Rd. to Andriy and Vira Partola for $630,000.
  • Stephen Wall sold 306 Danbury Rd., Unit 6, to Deepak Yinti and Deepa Yinti for $750,000.
  • Michael and Caley Sayre sold 48 Pheasant Run Rd. to Alyssa Newman for $780,000.
  • Tod and Kathleen Curesky sold 75 Thunder Lake Rd. to Brian and Mary O’Malley for $645,000.
