The Wilton Police Department held a swearing in ceremony Tuesday morning, for newly hired Officer Vincent Penna. While he may have just started with Wilton, Penna comes to the community of Wilton with over 20 years of law enforcement experience, retiring in 2017 as the deputy chief of the Westport Police Department.
