Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. Following a delay in the Town Clerk’s reporting from the first week of the new year, real estate transfers for the first two weeks of 2022 are now available.
For the two-week period from Jan. 1-13, 2022, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported 10 residential properties transferred to new owners.
According to Redfin market data for Wilton, after a 10% rise in selling prices in 2021, Wilton’s median selling price has reached $914,000. In line with that, five of the 10 latest property transfers were over $1 million.
The most affordable property was a Wilton Crest condominium which sold for $232,500.
