Yesterday, Wilton celebrated the birthday of American Independence with its traditional community spirit. GOOD Morning Wilton photographer Drew Gumins captured images from the evening’s festivities as well as earlier in the day at the Annual Frivolity Bowl softball competition between the Wilton Democrats and Wilton Republicans.

We also caught some of Wilton’s hardworking town employees and volunteers who don’t have the day off, but instead work hard to make sure residents and guests enjoy the celebration. Thanks to our Parks & Recreation grounds crews, Wilton Police, Wilton Fire, Wilton EMS and Wilton CERT!
