DermMedical, a private, full-service medical and cosmetic Dermatology practice, has entered its third year in Wilton and is celebrating with the gift of fabulous skin for all of the hard working moms in town!
Dr. Annette Czernik founded DermMedical after dedicating over 10 years to working in academic medicine, teaching residents and working on clinical trials aimed to advance treatments in complex medical dermatology. After many additional years practicing at Mt. Sinai in Manhattan, she decided to relocate back to her home state of CT and set her sights on Wilton.
“When we opened our doors in January 2022, we did so hoping to fill a niche vacancy and provide local Wiltonians and residents of surrounding towns a high-quality and reliable option for dermatological care. In the last three years, our office has taken root here in Wilton. We are proud to be the only full-service family dermatology office in town and to be able to support the needs and wants of the wonderful community here. Now that our medical and cosmetic practice is established and thriving, we’re expanding into facial services and have brought on a full-time aesthetician, Naya Galeana.”
Galeana joined DermMedical in 2024. She earned her aesthetician license in the state of CT from Paul Mitchell The School North Haven. She is trained in extractions, microdermabrasion, hydrafacials, BelaMD medical facials, back facials and light to medium grade chemical peels.
“My love for all things beauty and skincare, alongside my continuing desire to learn and grow, helps me keep up to date with the latest trends and newest advancements in Aesthetics. Most importantly, I’m dedicated to tailoring treatments to the unique needs of every individual patient,” Galeana said.
