Donorbox Questions

As of May 12, 2026, GOOD Morning Wilton is working with Donorbox to manage our membership support program. If you are a current monthly or yearly supporter and haven’t yet set up your GMW-Donorbox member account, you can do so HERE.

If you already have your GMW-Donorbox member account set up, log in HERE to manage your account.

As of May 12, 2026, GOOD Morning Wilton will be updating our donation platform to a new system called Donorbox.

If I’m already a member who supports GMW, do I need to restart my payment?

As a recurring donor, your existing contribution will be transferred into our new system as of May, 12 2026. Your payment will carry over from the old system, but your password to our previous platform will not.

Do I need to set up a new account?

The new system will empower you to securely update your payment method, modify your donation, or pause it in a convenient and easy-to-use donor portal. As a recurring donor to GOOD Morning Wilton, you will have an account in order to manage your payment.

Shortly after May 12, 2026, members should be on the lookout for an email from Donorbox with instructions and a link to claim your new profile in their donor portal. All you need to do is click the link and set up your new password.

How can I update my payment or my information?

Once you’ve created your account on Donorbox, log in to Donorbox’s donor portal, then select Recurring Plans and then click on your plan for GOOD Morning Wilton. From here you can update your payment method, donation amount, next donation date or pause your plan. 

You will also be able to see your new donation payments in your account. Scroll down to your donation history and select the donation you want a receipt for. You will be able to download it from there. (Just a reminder, your contributions to GMW are not tax deductible, but they are essential to keeping GOOD Morning Wilton publishing!)
