Board members reviewing Wilton’s preliminary FY25 budget reconciliation say the document includes Charter Authority reserves they believe should not have been counted toward the operating budget, apparently turning what was presented as a surplus into more than $310,000 in budget overages while raising new questions about whether required approval procedures were followed.
