Question 1: How will you manage the year-to-year special education cost swings, while sustaining your goals for inclusion, and while staying within the Board of Finance guidance?

Question 2: Outplacement is required by the Disabilities Law in Connecticut when Wilton is unable to provide the necessary educational services they need. Currently we have 14 students who require outplacement. What do you think about this law on services? And would you advocate for these children or would you like to see the law change in any way?

Question 3: What is your position on removing cell phones from students during the school day? What are the positive benefits and what are possible negative effects of this policy?

Question 4: In what way is the Board of Education considering advances in A.I. as applied to K-12 curriculum? And what are the opportunities and what are the threats to education in your view?
