Question 1: What can be done to make the Board of Selectmen work as a more cohesive board, with specific examples, to secure Wilton’s future? There has been public tension among Board of Selectmen members. How will you rebuild trust in the Board of Selectmen?
Question 2: Police Headquarters has faced building delays, early on contingency questions, and limited updates. How can overall capital oversight on town projects be fixed?
Question 3: How would you plan to increase community involvement in the future of the Town of Wilton?
Question 4: Given all the high level departures in the last two years in the Finance Department of Town Hall, how will you help prevent that moving forward? And after multiple senior finance departures and an interim CFO, what concrete steps would you take in the next 6-12 months to try to stabilize staffing?
Question 5: What would you like to see in the next Plan of Conservation and Development?
Question 6: What can you do to finally put in place a proper legal document or lease or management [agreement] to give Friends of Ambler Farm the legal footing they need to operate effectively?

I don’t understand why the windows in town hall have not been replaced. The expenses for town hall improvements including replacing the windows was approved by town vote in May 2024. Why has it not been done? What happened to money that was allocated for this purpose?
