Join the Wilton Land Trust on Sunday, May 15th, for an American Chestnut Tree Planting. With the American Chestnut Foundation, WLCT is expanding their Germplasm Conservation Orchard at Chestnut Meadows to help save the American Chestnut Tree. With your help, WLCT will plant 30 more American chestnut trees to help restore the species from the brink of extinction. It will be a ceremonious day, and they hope you can join them. Kids are welcome and drop-offs are ok. Bring your family, take photos, and be a part of history!
