Blue Zones + NRVT Walk + Talk

You’re Invited to Walk and Talk on the NRVT:  Jan 13. at 3 p.m.

Please join Blue Zones organizers at the Wolfpit Park and Ride lot on Sunday, Jan. 13 at 3 p.m. for our first “Walk and Talk Moai.” The word ‘moai’ comes from Blue Zone Okinawa, Japan and means “meeting for a common purpose.”

Let’s stretch our legs with friends and NRVT executive director Charlie Taney as we chat about the trail, the Blue Zones Wilton exploration and do some bird watching. We expect it to last about an hour but everyone is welcome to opt in and out as they like.
