Colonial Tavern Night

Colonial Tavern Night returns to the Wilton Historical Society on Saturday, Oct. 3. Join us for an evening of great food, drinks, games, and trivia!
Taverns and inns were an integral part of 18th century Wilton, serving as restaurants, bars, rest stops for weary travelers and community centers. These businesses were so vital that for a time, Connecticut colonial law actually required several towns to have at least one tavern open. On Oct. 3, from 6-8:30 p.m., the Wilton Historical Society will party like it’s 1779 by hosting its own one night only tavern at the museum!
Attendees can participate in that evening’s history pub trivia contest!
Ticket includes open bar with food courtesy of Jeff’s BBQ. This event is for adults 21+. Tickets are $60 for Wilton Historical Society members and $75 for non-members. Be sure to bundle your tickets with the interactive theater experience, Last Meeting in Millbrook, by Escapism Productions
