Connecticut’s Own: An Afternoon of A Cappella with Yale’s Mixed Company

Wilton Library hosts a Sunday afternoon of a cappella singing by Yale’s Mixed Company in their Connecticut’s Own series.

Founded in 1981, Mixed Company is Yale University’s oldest all-gender, all-genre a cappella group. All members are current undergraduates at Yale.

Mixed Company has shared their music around the country and around the world. This year they have toured New York City and Florida, and the group will be touring Peru in March, in addition to recording an album. A member of the group created every arrangement that they sing.
