Do You Live with a Picky Eater? How to Set Your Child on Track to Become a Better Eater

Wilton Library welcomes Todd Kellogg, LMFT, BCBA, to present the community with explanations and solutions for how parents can help their children become better eaters.
A picky eater is someone who eats a narrow and inadequate selection of food. Selective eating is a common challenge in children and, to a degree, in adults, as well. The good news is that there is a wealth of evidence-based research providing practical behavior strategies on how to gradually increase the variety of foods your child will eat.
In this presentation, Kellogg will explain selective eating/food refusal/picky eating and will offer strategies to promote healthy eating habits at home.
This in-person presentation at Wilton Library is offered by SPED*NET free of charge. Register online.
