Grief Through the Eyes of a Veteran

Our Veterans have mourned the loss of fellow veterans, lives, limbs, as well as the loss of time. In honor of our veterans this Memorial Day 2021, we are offering a three-part series with Sheila Russo, LCSW on grief and loss from a veteran’s perspective including how grief is experienced differently for a veteran.

In this three-part series, we will come together to explore these issues, as well as the difficulty of asking for help, resiliency, finding a new normal, and connecting with Veteran resources.
