Harvard Case Study Discussion: Martin Luther King Jr. and the Struggle for Black Voting Rights

Participants will read in advance a case study written by award-winning Harvard Professor Dr. David Moss, author of the book Democracy: A Case Study. They will take part in an engaging discussion that will have them consider the struggle for voting rights over the course of U.S. History and evaluate strategies. Online registration required to receive reading and Zoom invitation link. Registered participants will receive an email containing a password-protected link to a free copy of the case study and questions to prepare ahead for the discussion. The Zoom invitation link will be provided on the day of the discussion. This virtual event will be moderated by Wilton High School Social Studies teacher, Meredith Ramsey.
