Hurlbutt Street Schoolhouse Open House

Stop by the Hurlbutt Street Schoolhouse Open House on Sunday, Oct. 1, from 2-4 p.m. (located right down the street from Ambler Farm Day). The Hurlbutt Street Schoolhouse was built in 1834 as a school for young children in the area to attend and is now a museum for all ages to visit and enjoy. Get a feel for what education in Wilton was like in the 19th Century, with horn books, a wood-burning stove and an outhouse! Come see a part of Wilton’s history preserved.
