Italian Cooking with Sally Maraventano

Sally Maraventano, chef and founder of Cucina Casalinga, a home-based Italian cooking school, shares her tips and recipes on how to make a simple fall soup and bruschetta. Sally studied Italian language and culture at Georgetown University’s School of Languages and Linguistics and the University of Florence, Italy. For more than 20 years, she has been a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and teaches “homestyle” Italian cooking in her adult and children’s classes. Online registration is required and space limited. An email requiring confirmation will be sent a few days prior to the event and the Zoom link will be sent the morning of the presentation.
