Mindful Parenting: How to Make It Out in One Piece

Parenting isn’t what it used to be! The pressures in our community make mindful parenting a challenge. Mindful Parenting: How to Make It Out in One Piece is an interactive presentation with Tracey Masella, LCSW, to discuss what it means to be a mindful parent. Masella will provide useful information on establishing a family frame, setting reasonable and attainable expectations and goals for your children, managing anxiety (both yours and your children’s), and finding a supportive group of fellow parents in your community.
This program is appropriate for parents with children of all ages.
There will be both morning and evening presentations on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019:
- 10-11:30 a.m. at Wilton Library, (137 Old Ridgefield Rd., Wilton): Free; registration recommended–register online or call 203.762.6334
