Palliative Care: Support Through Serious Illness [Discussion]

Wilton Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation presents “Palliative Care: Support Through Serious Illness,” a talk with RVNA licensed clinical social worker Cynthia A. Merritt, LCSW, SCHP-SW.

Merritt is a hospice and palliative care social worker with RVNAHealth (Ridgefield Visiting Nurse Association) for four years and is a licensed clinical social worker with advanced certification in hospice and palliative care.

The presentation will be held Thursday, April 7 from 4:30-6 p.m. at Wilton Meadows on the Cannondale Campus. A boxed dinner to go will be available after the presentation.
