Second Annual SPED*NET Transition Expo

Transition into adulthood is an overwhelming time for students & families. Representatives from providers will present an overview of services:  DDS; BRS; College Steps (NCC); Abilis; Transition CT; a probate attorney; and a parent panel of families with students post-21.
