Senior Open House with Stay at Home in Wilton and the Riverbrook Regional YMCA

Join staff professionals from the Wilton Riverbrook YMCA for a presentation on senior programs available at the YMCA, including aquatic, fitness, and lifestyle classes; one-on-one training available through insurance or Y membership; and community opportunities with a discussion on membership options (including Silver Sneakers and Renew Active). It’s a fantastic opportunity for seniors to learn about all that the Y has to offer and how to get involved.
