“Shakespeare in Love”

Wilton High School Theatre kicks off the season with Shakespeare in Love, the romantic comedy based on the 1998 film of the same title. A young Shakespeare is out of cash and ideas, when he meets his ideal woman and she inspires him to write one of the most famous stories of all time. Shakespeare in Love is a delightful imagining of Shakespeare’s possible world and the calamity of Elizabethan theatre.
