For American Heart Month Stay at Home in Wilton is partnering with RVNAhealth to promote heart health.
Receive a free heart health gift bag Drive-thru at the Wilton Historical Society, 224 Danbury Rd. on Friday, Feb. 19, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
The free gift bag from RVNAhealth includes information on blood pressure, blood pressure tracking, grip strength, and meditation. Additional items include ‘Wallet’ + blood pressure tracking card, heart-healthy recipe card, and stress Ball.
Gift bags are available to everyone who is interested and will go to the first 150 registrants.
