Trees for Trout: ‘Eco-Cycle’ Your Christmas Tree

Christmas tree starting to get in the way? Trout Unlimited can help! Drop your tree off at Merwin Meadows Park between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11 in the annual Trees for Trout collection, and the Mianus Chapter of Trout Unlimited will use your tree to stabilize the streambanks of the Norwalk River, reduce erosion, and create a safe habitat for aquatic life.

(No synthetic trees or trees with tinsel or flocking, please.)
