Village District Design Advisory Committee/Architectural Review Board Meeting

The Village District Design Advisory Committee (VDDAC) and the Architectural Review Board (ARB) will meet on the first Thursday of every month except August from 5-8 p.m. in the Town Hall Annex to provide guidance and recommendations concerning design and architecture to the Planing and Zoning Commission. The five-member committee will act as an advisory panel that reviews commercial and non-commercial development applications. VDDAC specifically will look at developments near “village districts” or areas with historical significance and/or distinctive character. The ARB of the town, this panel will also review permits and plans concerning building applications and significant alterations.
