Wilton Family YMCA Annual Swamp Romp

Loyal Wilton Family YMCA members, staff, and Board members are getting ready to take their polar plunge in the icy cold pond at the Riverbrook Regional YMCA’s Annual Swamp Romp on Saturday, March 7. The Romp is held to raise funds to support the Y’s Youth Development Programs that serve over 3,645 youth annually.

Through the various programs offered, youth gain the confidence that comes from attending camp, learning to swim safely, participating in STEM programming designed to decrease the achievement gap and support Special Needs Youth by promoting self-reliance and fostering meaningful relationships.

Help support the Riverbrook Regional YMCA’s Swamp Romp by donating online, and attending the Open House from 12-4 p.m. on Saturday, March 7. Come to the pond and watch the rompers jump in at 1 p.m..The event is free and open to the public.
