Wilton Library: How To Find the Right College For You (In-Person)

With more than 2,000 four-year colleges in the United States for students to consider, how can you identify the schools at which your teen will be happiest and most successful? Where he or she will be given the support or the push they need to reach their full potential? Where do you even start looking? And are college tours enough to help figure it all out?

During this interactive workshop, Priyanka Shingala of Let’s Talk College will share ways for attendees to evaluate the many factors that need to be considered. Following a brief presentation, Shingala will open the floor to discussion and questions.

Priyanka has been working in the test prep industry for 11 years and started her own business, Let’s Talk College, LLC in 2018. Her ultimate goal is to empower families to make informed decisions about their own testing and college application process. The event is open to all parents and teens. Registration is required.
