Wilton Library: Teen Baking Class- Chocolate Ganache Tart

Join Katie, a registered dietitian from Food Explorers, to make a Chocolate Ganache Tart with homemade whipped cream. This delicious dessert is perfect for Valentine’s Day, so get your practice in now!

You’ll need the following ingredients: Oreos or chocolate graham crackers, butter, heavy cream (1.5 cups), 12 of either dark or milk chocolate (or a mixture of both). Chocolate chips or bars of chocolate are both fine.
