Wilton Scouting Opens Cub Adventure Camp for New Families

On Saturday, Oct. 24, from 4-6 p.m., Wilton Scouting will host a safe, socially distanced, and COVID-19 compliant, outdoor Cub Adventure Camp open house for families interested in Cub Scouts. Girls and boys in Kindergarten through 5th grade will have the opportunity to guess the weight of some of the most oddly shaped and incredibly sized gourdes ever grown, build Estes rockets, make percussion instruments, test their hiking safety skills, and even try their hand at the niche forest sport known as, “primitive golf.”
