Come join the Woodcock Nature Center for an Intro to Herbalism with Twin Star and Community Apothecary!
Learn about the traditions of herbal healing including herbal support for stress, and the medicinal uses of popular garden plants and wild weeds.
This fun-filled introduction to herbalism will be offered by Twin Star herbal education instructor “Sunflower” Sarah Tracy. Sarah will cover a variety of popular herbal remedies and how to incorporate them into your daily life for better health and wellness. You will also learn how to make herbal remedies at home with herbs that grow right in your own backyard.
