Yoga for Everyone with Music on the Hill: Move and Breathe Class

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until October 15, 2020
Join Music on the Hill for Move and Breathe, a beginner level yoga mat class! A typical class consists of breathing and centering; sun salutation-inspired sequence; standing postures to move and stretch; and core exercises on the mat. A chair is used as a prop for balance and support. If you’ve never done yoga before, now is a great time to try something new! Join us on Zoom!
