Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will meet in the Town Hall Annex on the third Monday of every month (except August) at 7:15 p.m. The seven-member ZBA functions as a quasi-judicial board with statutory power to relieve strict enforcement of Zoning Regulations in special circumstances (see website for more information). The ZBA will additionally hear appeals in regards to the Zoning Enforcement Officer’s decisions, issued orders, or interpretations of zoning regulations
