Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will meet in Room A at Town Hall on the 3rd Monday of every month* at 7:15 p.m.. The ZBA functions as a quasi-judicial board with statutory power to relieve strict enforcement of Zoning Regulations in special circumstances (see website for more information). The ZBA will additionally hear appeals in regards to the Zoning Enforcement Officer’s decisions, issued orders, or interpretations of zoning regulations.
