On Friday, Sept. 26, Woodcock Nature Center’s annual Under the Harvest Moon benefit welcomed 130 local residents and raised $55,000 in support of environmental education programs. Guests enjoyed seasonal fare by À Table (Ridgefield); drinks from local partners Cellar XV, Sly Bandit Brewing and Litchfield Distillery; live music by Matt Greene and Dave Gould of Present Company; and both a virtual and live auction featuring unique experiences.
The event was held in and around Woodcock’s candlelit pavilion. Woodcock Executive Director Lenore Herbst thanked everyone who attended and supported the fundraiser.
“The evening highlighted strong community support for our mission. The funds we raised will benefit Woodcock’s year-round programming and our outreach across Fairfield County,” Herbst said.
